Recent Global Projects

  • Serve as expert facilitator and consultant in the delivery of "Building Inclusive Leaders" to the top 2500 leaders at a $16B global technology innovator and manufacturer in life sciences, diagnostics, water quality and dental.  Sessions delivered in US, Canada, Germany, India, Singapore, UK and other key high growth markets.

  • Consult on D&I strategy, leadership engagement, policy and program development, internal training,  recruiting, and other D&I related projects for a large, global foundation focused on building vibrant and tolerant societies through the advancement of justice, education, public health, and independent media. Serve as subject matter expert in D&I to deliver training and coaching at all levels in the organization.   Assignments included working with intact work teams from the US, UK, Hungary, Spain, Belgium, Jordan, Pakistan, Afghanistan as well as HR leaders from Asia and Africa. 

  • Design and deliver cross cultural training for top 300 leaders of global industrial manufacturer with $16B revenue and 55,000 employees. Sessions conducted in US, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions.

  • Facilitate 1-day learning and strategy alignment session for a business resource group (BRG) over 75 African American, African and Black Ph D. scientists and researchers for a premier manufacturer of consumer products.
  • Execute the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to over 2500 global leaders of a B2B industrial manufacturer.  Provide 1-on-1 coaching as well as develop and deliver customized e-learning solution to introduce and advance skills in cross-cultural competency .

Recent U.S. and National Projects

  • Design and develop training on Cultural Competency/ Generational Differences for a mid-sized gas & electrical utility company. Partner with diversity manager to deliver training to all 3400 employees in 12 months. 
  • Partner with Chief Diversity Officer in guiding the development of a corporate D&I strategy and its integration into the CEO's corporate plan for a national real estate owner, developer and manager of over $10 billion in assets. Plan implementation resulted in company named to Diversity Inc.'s 25 Noteworthy Companies in 2013 and in 2014.
