Organizational Development and Training

Just because you have a diverse workforce, that doesn't mean it's inclusive. We develop, coordinate, and deliver targeted learning solutions for leaders, managers, teams and individuals. Select a core Redhouse program to customize or work with us to create a bespoke solution to fit your culture or targeted business need. Recently delivered programs include:

  • Create or build upon your stategies and tactics for attracting and recruiting great talent. Specifically, we focuse on de-bias your interviewing, selection and hiring processes.
  • Establish effective mentorship, sponsorship, and development programs uniquely focussed on expanding the pipeline to include culturally diverse talent.
  • Launch associate resource groups (ARGs/ERGs/BRGs) with the objective of increasing empowerment and a sense of belonging within a community. Keynotes & Meeting Facilitation

In a keynote address, we can deliver hard-hitting data that explains the HOW behind the WHAT and the WHY. More important, we engage participates thru interactive dialogue and exercises as well as thru the sharing of personal stories and experiences.

ASSESSMENTS & CERTIFICATIONS

Building Individuals, Teams and Organizations

Everybody thinks differently, but few organizations are able to leverage cultural competence and cognitive diversity as a strategic advantage. When high performing leaders and teams understand their world view and decode the way the team thinks they are able to improve how they work together and amplify what they accomplish.

We support professional development with assessments, tools and guided development thru the application of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Hogan Personality Assessment, and Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).

We access to a network of practitioners with additional certifications to help meet your needs including the Hogan Personality Inventory/Hogan Development Survey and CliftonStrengths (formerly Gallop Strengths Finder.
