De-Biasing Tech Recruiting - Design and facilitate 3-day, offsite for the technical recruiting leadership team of global social media company. Leveraged HBDI /Whole Brain Thinking to illustrate gaps and sticking points in the team’s decision making process. Immersed team in research related to the impact of specific types of bias on the recruiting process and outcomes. Results included the creation of a shared vision statement, guiding principles, pivot points to identify and counter bias in decision making, and a 3/6/9/12 month action plan.

Building Inclusive Leaders - Consultant team co-lead and expert facilitator in the delivery of a 6-hour program to the top 2500 leaders at a $25B revenue global technology innovator and manufacturer in life sciences, diagnostics, water quality, and environmental sciences .  Co-developed and facilitated the delivery of a train-the-trainer program. Curated relevant research papers, articles, publications and other content for delivery on the organizations internal platform. Delivered sessions in US, Canada, Germany, Denmark, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, India, Singapore, China and other key high growth markets.

Global Inclusion Liaison Teams - Consult on D&I strategy, leadership engagement, policy and program development, internal training,  recruiting, and other D&I related projects for a large, global foundation focused on building vibrant and tolerant societies through the advancement of justice, education, public health, and independent media. Serve as subject matter expert in D&I to deliver training and coaching at all levels in the organization.   Assignments included working with intact work teams from the US, UK, Hungary, Spain, Belgium, Jordan, Pakistan, Afghanistan as well as HR leaders from Asia and Africa. 

Inclusion & Cross Cultural Competence - Design and deliver cross cultural training for top 300 executives of global industrial manufacturer with $16B revenue and 55,000 employees. Sessions conducted in US, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions. Co-design next level training for delivery to global leaders and managers. Execute the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) with over 2500, provide 1-on-1 coaching as well as a customized e-learning solution to introduce and advance skills in cross-cultural competency.
