Understanding Intercultural Competence - A Key Skill for Global Leaders

Develop and execute an assessment and web-based learning program to over 2300 global leaders at an industrial manufacturer with operations in over 40 countries. Oversee the administration of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Design and deliver a 60 minute webinar to all IDI respondents to 1.) increase understanding of how to interpret and apply IDI results 2.) Introduce cross-cultural competence as a core skill for global leaders. 

Changing Talent, Unchanging Values

Design and develop training on Cultural Competency/ Generational Differences for a mid-sized gas & electric utility company. Partner with diversity manager to deliver training to all 3400 company employees in 12 months.  

Corporate Inclusion Strategy Development

Partner with Chief Diversity Officer in guiding the development of a corporate D&I strategy and its integration into the CEO's corporate plan for a national real estate owner, developer and manager of over $10 billion in assets. Plan implementation resulted in company named to DiversityInc's 25 Noteworthy Companies in 2013 and 2014.
